Tutorial 1: Creating a master data model and relationship model¶
The management of master data is a crucial part of enterprise data governance. The Data Catalog supports model-driven and relationship-driven master data management, as well as improving data search by establishing business terms and tags as a means to help companies gain value from massive amounts of data.
Scenario Descriptions¶
This tutorial, as an example, uses the management of master data related to wind turbine business in the wind power generation field to introduce operations such as synchronizing data in the Data Catalog and establishing master data models and relationship models. The detailed process is as follows:
