Target Users¶

The users involved in the implementation of a business process in EnOS BPM are as follows:

OU Administrator The OU administrator is responsible for purchasing the EnOS BPM application from the EnOS Management Console and managing users and user groups in Application Portal.
Process Owner The process owner is responsible for designing and publishing process models based on actual business situations.
Process User The process user is responsible for starting, monitoring, or terminating processes. A process user who started a process is also referred to as the Process Starter.
Task User The task user is responsible for executing or monitoring tasks that are required as part of a business process. A task user who is assigned to execute a task is also referred to as a Task Assignee.
