App Hub¶
The ECP service provides application developers with a collection of applications based on Helm chart which supports registering general and reusable components or services as application templates. The templates can be deployed as application instances to simplify the development of business applications. Its main functions include:
Uploading Application Templates¶
Registering application templates, uploading Chart packages of application templates, and managing application template versions.
Deploying Application Instances¶
After an application template is online, users in the organization can deploy the template as an application image and instance in the specified cluster.
Removing Application Templates¶
When an application template is not needed, the system administrator can remove it to achieve the complete application lifecycle management.
